Kerja di proyek gedung bertingkat? Bisa jadi yang diminta TKBT
TKPK mencakup pekerjaan di ketinggian secara umum. Kalau owner proyek atau HSE menyebut Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi (TKBT), kami juga melayani TKBT Tingkat 1 & 2 lewat jalur BNSP.
Cara Kerjanya: 4 Langkah Sampai Sertifikat Terbit
- Kirim kebutuhan Anda — lewat WhatsApp atau formulir: skema/jenjang yang diminta (kalau sudah tahu), jumlah peserta, dan lokasi.
- Pemetaan skema & cek berkas, gratis — kami cocokkan pekerjaan nyata tiap peserta dengan skema dan unit kompetensinya, lalu kirim rincian jadwal + biaya.
- Pelatihan & uji kompetensi — kelas online sesuai jadwal batch terdekat, atau in-house di lokasi Anda untuk rombongan perusahaan. Portofolio disusun bersama sebelum berkas diajukan; asesmen oleh asesor LSP di TUK resmi terafiliasi LSP.
- Sertifikat terbit — kami dampingi sampai sertifikat BNSP diterbitkan LSP dan bisa dicek di bnsp.go.id.

- Sertifikat BNSP dan kartu lisensi — diterbitkan LSP setelah dinyatakan kompeten.
- Sertifikat internal pelatihan dari Geo Anfa Training Center.

Ketinggian Bukan Sekadar Soal Meteran
Bedanya bukan pada berapa meter tingginya, tapi pada apakah orangnya tahu harus berbuat apa saat harness tersangkut, perancah goyang, atau rekan kerjanya tergantung dan tidak bisa turun sendiri. Itulah isi unit kompetensi TKPK — dari menyelamatkan diri sendiri di Tingkat 1 sampai memindahkan korban antar jalur tali di Tingkat 2.
Satu Skema, Banyak Sektor
Sampai saat ini kami telah mendampingi 21 perusahaan — konstruksi, telekomunikasi, perawatan gedung, sampai instalasi industri. Kebutuhannya mirip, konteksnya berbeda; pelatihan yang baik menyiapkan peserta menghadapi konteks pekerjaannya sendiri, bukan contoh generik dari buku.

- Mencocokkan pekerjaan sehari-hari tiap peserta dengan skema dan jenjang yang tepat, supaya tidak diuji pada unit kompetensi yang salah.
- Menyusun portofolio dan bukti kerja bersama Anda sebelum berkas diajukan.
- Menyarankan pelatihan penyegaran hanya untuk unit yang jarang Anda kerjakan — bukan paket wajib.
- Mendampingi sampai sertifikat diterbitkan LSP dan terdaftar.

Level 1, 2, or 3? Decide by responsibility, not by price
Levels describe the scope of responsibility on site, not course length: Level 1 for people working under supervision, Level 2 for independent workers who must be able to rescue a co-worker, Level 3 for supervisors and HSE who issue permits. Send us the tender/HSE requirement — we map the right level for each worker before you register, including when the requirement turns out to be a Kemnaker OHS licence.
Working on a high-rise building project? You may need TKBT
TKPK covers work at height in general. If the project owner or HSE names High-Rise Building Worker (TKBT), we also serve TKBT Level 1 & 2 through the BNSP pathway.
How It Works: 4 Steps to Your Certificate
- Send your requirement — via WhatsApp or the form: the scheme/level you were asked for (if known), number of participants, and location.
- Free scheme mapping & document check — we match each participant's actual work with the right scheme and its competency units, then send the schedule and fees.
- Training & competency assessment — an online class on the next batch schedule, or in-house at your site for company groups. The portfolio is prepared together before submission; the assessment is run by an LSP assessor at an LSP-affiliated TUK.
- Certificate issued — we stay with you until the LSP issues the BNSP certificate, which can be verified at bnsp.go.id.
What Participants Get
- BNSP certificate and licence card — issued by the LSP after you are assessed competent.
- Internal training certificate from Geo Anfa Training Center.
- Training kit and e-module following the competency units above.
Height Is Not Just About the Measuring Tape
The difference is not how many metres up — it is whether the person knows what to do when a harness snags, a scaffold sways, or a co-worker is left hanging and cannot get down. That is exactly what the TKPK competency units cover, from self-rescue at Level 1 to rope-to-rope casualty transfer at Level 2.
