K3 bekerja pada ketinggian diatur Permenaker No. 9 Tahun 2016: setiap tenaga kerja yang bekerja di ketinggian wajib memiliki kompetensi sesuai tingkat pekerjaannya — dibuktikan dengan sertifikat dan lisensi K3 — dan pengusaha wajib menyediakan sistem proteksi jatuh serta personel yang mampu melakukan penyelamatan.

Work at height OHS is regulated by Permenaker No. 9 of 2016: every worker working at height must be competent for the level of work — proven by an OHS certificate and licence — and employers must provide fall protection and personnel able to perform rescue.

Sertifikat dan lisensi diterbitkan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI dan tercatat di Kemnaker, sehingga dapat ditelusuri. Lisensi/SIO berlaku untuk jangka waktu tertentu sesuai ketentuannya dan dapat diperpanjang — kami ingatkan dan bantu proses perpanjangannya. The certificate and licence are issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and recorded by Kemnaker, so they can be verified. Licences/SIO are valid for a set period under the regulation and can be renewed — we remind you and help with renewal.
