Persyaratan PesertaParticipant Requirements
Pendidikan minimal SMP/SMA sederajat, usia minimal 18 tahun, sehat jasmani dan rohani (surat keterangan dokter), dan bisa membaca–menulis. SIO diterbitkan per jenis alat — sebutkan alat yang dioperasikan. Berkas: scan KTP, ijazah terakhir, pas foto 3x4 latar merah, surat keterangan sehat dari dokter, dan surat keterangan bekerja/surat tugas (untuk utusan perusahaan). Softcopy PDF boleh dikirim lebih dulu — kami cek kelayakannya saat konsultasi.Minimum junior/senior high school, at least 18 years old, physically and mentally fit (doctor's certificate), and literate. The SIO is issued per equipment type — tell us which one you operate. Documents: scanned ID card, latest diploma, 3x4 photo on a red background, a doctor's health certificate, and an employment letter/assignment letter (for company-sent participants). PDF copies can be sent first — we check eligibility during consultation.
