Pelayanan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan diatur Permenakertrans No. PER.03/MEN/1982, dan tenaga kesehatan yang menjalankannya wajib mengikuti pelatihan hiperkes (higiene perusahaan dan kesehatan kerja) — untuk dokter perusahaan berdasarkan Permenakertrans No. PER.01/MEN/1976, untuk paramedis berdasarkan Permenakertrans No. PER.01/MEN/1979.

Why Companies Need a Certified Hiperkes for Company Paramedics

Occupational health services in companies are regulated by Permenakertrans No. PER.03/MEN/1982, and the health workers running them must complete hiperkes (company hygiene and occupational health) training — for company physicians under Permenakertrans No. PER.01/MEN/1976, for paramedics under Permenakertrans No. PER.01/MEN/1979.

Usually required when:

  • The company runs its own clinic or occupational health service.
  • Pre-employment and periodic worker health examinations are required.
